Payments and Withdrawals.

  • You must close all trades to receive a reward. This must be done before making your reward request.

    The requested reward will be approved, processed and sent within 24 business hours. You can resume trading once the simulated profits are deducted from your trading account.

  • There is no Refund of Account Fee. However, you will be eligible for a performance bonus along with the 3rd performance reward from your account.

    The performance bonus is equal to 100% of the purchase fee (or more depending on the promotion used during purchase).

    Please note that the performance bonus is not available for Instant Funding Accounts and 1-step Nitro X Accounts.

  • If your Simulated Funded account with Funded Trader Markets is in profit but has been violated, you may still be eligible for a withdrawal with 50% split if the following conditions are met:

    Stop Loss Placement: An SL was placed on all trades.
    Loss Limitation: No single trade resulted in a loss greater than 1% of the initial account balance.

    Note: This applies to only Evaluation Simulated Funded Accounts and not to Simulated Instant Funded Accounts

  • Yes, to be eligible for a performance reward, the minimum simulated profit must be 1% of the Initial Balance.

    However, kindly note that:

    • the minimum requirement for 1-Step Nitro Static accounts is 2%
    • the minimum requirement for 1-Step Nitro X accounts is 3%
    • the minimum requirement for other account types is 1%

  • The 24-hour reward guarantee ensures that you are eligible to receive your full reward within 24 business hours of your request.

    If we fail to meet this time frame, we will double the requested reward and issue a free account of the same size.

    However, please be aware of the following conditions:
    Third-Party Payment Delays: Occasionally, there may be issues with third-party payment solutions.

    If we reach out to you via email, Discord, or any other platform within the 24-hour period to request a change in payment method to process your reward on time, and you do not respond, this will void your eligibility for the double reward guarantee.

    Maximum Amount: This guarantee is only applicable for rewards up to $1000.

    Business hours are defined as 8:00 AM ET to 5:00 PM ET, operating for 9 hours per day, Monday through Friday.

    Also note, if we reach out to you regarding your reward request and you fail to acknowledge or respond to us within 36 hours, this will lead to an auto-rejection of the reward. This is to uphold the speed and standard at FTM for all rewards.

    Therefore, ensure to check your emails regularly after your request (including promotions/spam or junk folders).

    1) Cryptocurrency:
    If you prefer to receive your reward in Cryptocurrency, you can request it via USDT (TRC20 network)

    2) Rise:

    • Register at Rise
    • From Rise, you can request your payouts through: Crypto or Bank Transfer

    Note: A 5% processing fee applies to all crypto performance reward requests and is deducted from the trader's share. The fee covers blockchain costs, liquidity swaps, and infrastructure required to handle transfers securely and efficiently.

    If you do not see the email, check your spam or junk folder. If it’s still not there, contact our live support team for assistance. They will quickly resend the email to ensure you receive your account credentials and can begin trading.

    Cryptocurrency:

    For purchases with cryptocurrency, please ensure you use the correct network and the correct address. Funded Trader Markets does not take any responsibility for the funds lost due to transfer to incorrect address/network.

    As for Performance Rewards, Funded Trader Markets will not resend another reward due to wrong information provided from the client’s side.

    Funded Trader Market is not responsible for transactions made via incorrect networks as well as funds sent to the wrong wallet address while purchasing a challenge through crypto.

    Note:

    - Any user whose name on Rise does not match their registered name at FTM may forfeit the reward.
    - Any user whose Crypto wallet address matches another user’s wallet address at FTM may forfeit the reward.
    - Any user whose email is identical or similar to another user’s email within FTM may forfeit the reward.
